Disability Benefits
Dedicated Advocacy for the Benefits You Deserve.
Since 2006, we have helped individuals secure disability benefits from the Social Security Administration through every stage of the process—from initial applications to federal appeals before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

We build strong, persuasive claims by carefully developing medical evidence, physician opinions, and personal testimony, and by presenting each client’s story clearly and effectively. Over nearly two decades of practice, we have successfully represented clients with a wide range of conditions, including fibromyalgia, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, spinal stenosis, Huntington’s disease, multiple sclerosis, schizophrenia, spina bifida, and PTSD.
Disability claims are often long and challenging, and we take the time to truly know our clients and advocate not only for their benefits, but for their dignity and well-being throughout the process. Our advantage comes from experience—knowing the rules, the Administration, the judges, and the medicine—and from listening closely to the people we represent. We know how to prove your claim, and we are experts at presenting your case.

Hearings
Most Social Security disability claims begin with an application and are denied—more than once—before a judge finally hears the case. We represent clients at every stage of the administrative process, from the initial application through hearing.
Our practice specializes in preparing and presenting cases before administrative law judges, and in guiding clients through a process that can otherwise feel confusing and overwhelming. We know how to build the record, tell your story, and advocate effectively to prove your claim.

Federal Appeal
If your claim is denied after a hearing, the process does not necessarily end there. Disability cases can be appealed through the federal courts—ultimately to the United States Supreme Court. We develop every claim with an eye toward appeal, building a strong legal and medical record that can withstand the highest level of review if necessary.
We regularly evaluate cases for federal appeal, even when a client was previously represented by another attorney, and we work with attorneys throughout the region to preserve and advance their clients’ claims. When the stakes are highest, we know how to keep your case alive.
There is no upfront fee and no charge if we do not win your appeal.
Overpayments
Social Security overpayment disputes can be legally and factually complex, often requiring detailed evidence and a formal hearing before a judge. We provide focused representation to help clients challenge overpayment determinations, present the necessary evidence, and advocate for fair resolution.
Our fee for representing clients in overpayment disputes is a flat $2,000, providing clarity and certainty in what can otherwise be a stressful and unpredictable process.
